SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

We ship internationally and the shipping times vary depending on the area that we are shipping to.  Shipping rates will be reflected at checkout. 

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process.  Our goal is always to ship it out as soon as we can.

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you checkout.

In case if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we WILL NOT take responsibility and reship that order.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if we made the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.  It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office for locating the lost order.

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to email: info@esbhk.store no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact US within 24 hours by email: info@esbhk.store.   The order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped.  If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
